Eligibility for loans

Income: minimum of 6 months employment to consider this income, Tribal general welfare payments maybe be considered in addition to another form of documented income.

Collections and Judgements: $10,000 or less dependent upon type of loan product.

Approval is based on each individual’s affordability (ability to pay back the loan): debt-to-income ratio.

Fahe is a non-profit that provides support to many non-profit housing development and lending organizations serving predominantly rural communities. Our rates compete with national lenders, but our main emphasis is matching clients with mortgage products that help them become successful homeowners that strengthen their communities.
